All written programs, manuals, and audit-response documents are reviewed by a Certified Safety Professional before delivery, and your designated internal owner reviews and formally adopts them before they take effect. A program is not a program until someone in your organization owns it, signs off on it, and communicates it to the workforce.

If you use AI-assisted workflows for EHS work, how is that controlled?

AI is used only for supporting tasks such as drafting, organizing records, summarizing, and preparing checklists — never for regulatory determinations, incident conclusions, hazard assessments, or anything that becomes a compliance record on its own. Every AI-assisted step has a named human reviewer, defined review criteria, and documented approval before the output is used.

Programs and manuals carry version numbers, revision dates, revision history, and an identified document owner. Training records, inspection forms, corrective actions, and recordkeeping files are structured so evidence can be located quickly during a customer, internal, regulatory, or certification-body audit.

How do you handle access to our systems and sensitive records?

Access is scoped to the minimum needed for the engagement, granted by you through your own systems, and used only within the agreed scope. Personnel records, medical information, and incident details are handled on a need-to-know basis. We do not move sensitive records into external tools, and we can complete an initial review over a screen share with no login handoff at all.

Where does your responsibility end and ours begin?

We develop, document, organize, and prepare. Implementation in the field, training delivery to your employees, hazard correction, supervision, and compliance decisions remain with your organization as the employer of record. We help you build defensible programs and evidence; we do not assume employer duties.

Do you guarantee OSHA, audit, or certification outcomes?

Accepted Answer

No. Regulators, auditors, platform reviewers, and accredited certification bodies make independent decisions. We do not issue certificates and cannot guarantee that a citation will be avoided or that every finding will close. What we do is reduce avoidable gaps and make your documentation defensible under review.

Can you support us on an ongoing basis after the documents are delivered?

Yes. Ongoing support typically covers renewals and expiration tracking, program updates as scope changes, corrective-action follow-through, recordkeeping upkeep, and a periodic summary of what changed and what is coming due.
